Summary
Our ward volunteers help enhance the quality and comfort of the patient's stay by providing social interaction, running small errands and helping at meal times.Detailed description
Help improve patient experience by:
- providing social interaction
- engage a patient using an activity pack, magazine
- run small errands e.g. tidying their tray table or go to the onsite shop for them
- Inform them of sleepwell kits
- Help with the meal service
What may seem a small thing can make a huge difference to our patients.
